Josh McDowell
Josh has been at the forefront of cultural trends and groundbreaking issues for over 58 years. Well known as an articulate speaker, he has authored over 151 books including More Than a Carpenter and Evidence that Demands a Verdict.
Josh appeared virtually at our 2021 conference, and his topic was 50 Shades of Love. Unfortunately, numerous technical issues prohibited production of a usable audio or video file of his presentation. He graciously provided us with his PowerPoint slides from the presentation which can be accessed here
Ben Bennett
Ben joined Cru staff in 2011. For many years, he experienced deep anger, shame, porn addiction and mental health issues like anxiety and depression before finding hope and healing through biblical, neuroscientific, and psychological solutions. He now serves with Josh McDowell Ministries as a author, speaker, and the Director of Uprising--a new national initiative helping youth overcome hurts and unwanted struggles, and also live a thriving life.
Ben was a virtual speaker at our 2021 conference, and his topic was The Seven Longings of Thriving. Ben and Josh were on the same format, so numerous technical issues prohibited production of a usable audio or video file of his presentation.

Laura Perry
Laura Perry is a former transgender whose message of transformation through Jesus Christ to restore her feminine identity can relate to those who struggle, those who have transitioned, parents and loved ones, and those in the church who want to reach them. Her story has been covered on CBN’s The 700 Club Interactive, and various radio programs and articles. She has shared her story at several women’s conferences, Freedom March, churches, youth groups and more. After more than three years of discipleship, women’s studies, and meeting many other transgenders, she has learned and can relate many of the underlying issues that lead to transgenderism, the truth about the agenda, and how to help others out of it through the power of Jesus Christ. She recently published her autobiography, titled Transgender to Transformed, available on her blog website, transgendertotransformed.com or on Amazon. Laura is also currently a full-time staff member at First Stone Ministries in Oklahoma City.
